The 10th Congress of the European Resuscitation Council will take place in Porto, Portugal on 2, 3 & 4 December 2010. The 2010 Resuscitation Guidelines will be hot off the press when the Congress opens on December 2^nd and will be the central theme of this meeting. The full range of Medtronic Lifepak AEDs is available again in Europe. This was announced by Medtronic/Physio Control on February the 19th 2010. So, we are able to supply the Lifepak Cr Plus and Lifepak Express again.

The Flemish Parliament public access AED

The Flemish Parliament bought 3 Lifepak AED’s. Two devices are installed inside the Parliament.
The third AED will be placed in public access outside the building.

Dutch Police have chosen AED Solutions

AED Solutions is equipping all Dutch police vehicles (cars, motor cycles, boats and helicopters) which are used for responding to 112 calls with AEDs. The total number of AEDs needed by the police is 3200. 20,000 police officers will be trained.
AED Solutions has been chosen by the Dutch police because of its innovative approach in general and more specifically to training. State of the art teaching and training methods for resuscitation and the use of an AED will be used, e.g. interactive learning through the internet (www.trainaed.eu) and individual training devices (www.minianne.eu). AED Solutions will not only provide the AEDs and accessories, but will also carry out maintenance, in order to make sure that the police and you will always dispose of AEDs in perfect working order!
