Infant/child key.
The infant/child key is a less common way to adjust the power level of an AED for use on infant/child victims. After inserting the key, the AED device will adjust the shock power. When an AED needs an infant/child key for treatment of a youner patient, it is usually included with the diffibrilator so that the power level can be adjusted quickly. Only a few models on the market use a infant/child key.
