Instand cold pack, can be used without a freezer to immediatly cool a part of the body in case of sprains, muscle injuries, overheating or headaches.
The cold pack contains a pouch in the center which activates the other contents when it is squeezed broken. By shaking the pack well the entire contents will be activited and get cold immediatly. The coldpack can be used once for approximatly 30 minutes, to cool a sore spot. In case of pain, use the ice pack in combination with a towel or tea towel.
